I get 1 bag of Frozen unsalted peas, a handfull of fresh spinach, 1 lb of Fresh Whole gulf Shrimp and put into a blender. Yeah its nasty. Then add in a tsp of Liquid Vitamin.

Then get the unflavored gelatin and prep it like the instructions say. Then mix in the blended stuff with the Gelatin and then pour it all into a 10 x 13 baking dish.

cover with Seran Wrap and put in the fridge.

About 24 hours later spoon and serve!!

Yup, I used nourish for vits. Just like you said Geoff but I wish i would have used wax paper to line the pan.I poured it in a pan with light diffusrer (egg crate) to pop it out easily. We will see if these @ss holes will eat? They are more stubborn than most of my x-wifes.
