Everyday Food

Looking for a good everyday food to feed are maybe just wondering if what Im feeding everyday is ok I feed kens flakes and or nls 4 times a day and small slices of Repashy super green twice daily

You're in the right track. Keep doing what you're doing and your fish will be fine. Get an auto feeder to make it easier.

nothing but the repashy ever hits the sand and what does it usually taking care of by the loaches

I was feeding twice a day larger feedings and they would be lazy and not eat sometimes now im feeding 4-5x's a day smaller amounts and they go nuts and are all over the place

yeah I noticed that as well so I went to smaller feedings more often and now no flakes hit the sand and repashy is gone with-in 3 minutes
