saw this tank in person yesterday. Moliros look very happy especially a few males doing the "this is my rock space foo, so rolls somewhere else" chase. every time I go to sunnys he makes me miss my moliros's.
the tank is nice and also it is quiet. LOL
          great job mane
thanks for the bio as well.
my tank has cleared up and now im ready for my babies to come home

Glad to help get some beneficial bacteria in your wet/dry Frankie.

Fixed that small drip today and relocated the FX5 intake to the far right where flow looked to be the slowest to help it capture more particles and it seems to be working. Also put the air stone in the wet/dry. Next step is to get some glass tops made from the local glass shop.

Really liking this Iwaki pump that came with the sump from tbui1178. You can see the turbulence in the wet/dry. Pretty neat to look at.

Bigals has them on sale then with the discount code i hear they are pretty cheap. Im looking at buying another one when i can, only thing is they dont come with media. Looks great under there though. What kind of tubing did you use? Looks extremely convenient...

It's just spa flex house from HD, just got to make sure to really slather on the PVC cement on both surfaces and let it set for a couple of minutes before final installation. Expensive hose though. Then I just used brackets to hold everything in place under the tank

Why is your water so high? Water doesn't get to drip all the way through the bio balls

Just because the bio balls are submerged doesn't mean that they are not hosting beneficial bacteria

i thought its better to have the bio balls above water for oxygen or something like that

BUT thats a clean clean set up/plumbing
