I would do the following:

Remove all rocks from the main tank
Turn off lights in the main tank
Put the fish in the QT tank back into your main tank
Treat everybody with Metro for at least a week and Prazi for a total of three consecutive weeks, can be treated concurrently
Feed brine shrimp or mysis once a day in the morning to get everybody eating (you can soak these in Metro/water mix for about 30 - 45 minutes before feeding)
Feed spirulina flake once a day to see who's eating and who's not

All the fish in the main tank right now are eating with no problems. I've been feeding lightly with nls and sprulina flakes and they just gobble them up fast. So do I still need to feed them brine shrimp or mysis when I add the one fish thats not eating?

Yeah, I would still feed metro soaked brine shrimp first thing in the morning to get that one fish eating again. It won't hurt the rest of the colony.

Ok thanks, I'm going to have my cousin do this for me since I'll be out of town next week. So hopefully he doesnt forget to soak them but I'll call him to remind him.

Well after coming back from a 10day vacation from Cali. The fish that didn't want to eat end up dead. My cousin was babysitting the fish and feeding them dose with metro. All was eating except for the one, he said the next day the fish was dead and the group was eating him up so he just removed it. As soon as I arrived from the airport on Monday, I did a huge water change and dose the tank again with prazipro. It will be the third week of treatment. So right now all the group seem to be good and eating well. I'll do my next water change on Friday and put back the rocks and start feeding them with more food.


That Prazipro might have some mojo juice in it. It seems that everytime I add that stuff in, the males just want to breed. We'll see how things goes once everything is back to normal this weekend.

Thanks for the comments, seems that the dominate male just wants to do the nasty with all of them. So hopefully soon I will see some fry.

I just lost 1 Luis so down to 11. Still have 7f and 4m, decent ratio i guess.

Not sure. Not much difference between the katoto and the kalambo.
