My vote went to ddaquaria. Love the composition, subject choice and color saturation pretty much on all of his photos. Good job sir!

Gene D is a close second for me. 4th photo could have used a little more light, in my most humble opinion.

Those are some nice pictures . . . from everyone.
        Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

Overall I think ddaquaria has the best group. Good color and lighting throughout. IMO lighting is the #1 issue when shooting aquariums and if you can get as much as possible on the aquarium while shooting, especially faster moving fish, it will make your pictures easier to take and come out better. more light correlates to a lower ISO, higher shutter speed, and/or smaller aperture creating a great quality pic.

                  my top three-

                  soymilk - snail on glass
ddaquaria - nudibranch on sea fan
                  nitty- red livua close up

                  great jobs guys!

                  3.5g - Surge Tank

                      Great pics everyone.

Maybe for the next photo competition we should have themes. That'll way it'll be a little bit easier to judge, considering aquatic photography is such a wide topic.
