Cloudy water isn't bad unless water parameters are off. Some fish feel more at ease in cloudy water.

True..I'd just fed flakes also, I didn't have time to catch minows out of the pond lol

Yes he's awesome! He was my son's but he out grew his 38G tall tank. I love feeding him live fish because he's on a hunt until there all gone. When I feed him flakes I have to careful because he's jumped smooth out of the water all the time while feeding. Luckily he's never landed on the floor!
