FISH
http://houstonfishbox.com/vforums/showthread.php?p=368350#post368350
So this is it.
this is the tank you might of seen on the ADG thread that Delock needed to get rid of
after washing it all down including the stand I brought it into the house
it has 2 bulkheads that I just totally replaced
what you will see next is most of the plumbing .
i ran the 2 bulkheads together with unions and valves to have flexibility to do what ever i want if i want to change it.
a little more test fitting
the rear
a little bit of kitty help
painted it blue and added a drain
configuring my output and painting it black
adding pool sand
1st test FAIL i did not seal the bulkheads enough but i sealed the hell out of them now
after repairing and letting the silicone cure it was go time
i bought a Odyssea 700 pump which could not keep up so i have my inlet valve about 3/4 the way open
so I am in the process of upgrading so i can open her up to full capacity i will be conjoining my sump with a overflow chamber of some sort ( Rubermaid container) the way i figured it out i need about 10
more gallons which is overkill to make it threw a power outage so i am doing that ASAP or I can just get a bigger sump (if anyone has one hit me up )
and now my favorite part Decorating
and more rocks
please let me know what you think and yes i do know i still have allot of things i need to do this is just the beginning
things i still need if anyone has any of these items for sale feel free to pm me
cannister filter
better lighting
better pump ( I should have this covered)
add more sump
aeration
tonight i am adding a faucet in the wall to help with water changes and keep water hoses out of the house
will have pics Monday or Tuesday
