yellow calvus food

well i have a new small yellow calvus in with my trophs and i am not sure what i can feed both of these fish any ideas. right now i feed NLS and veggie flake to the trophs.

If it will eat the NLS and whatever flakes will do.

i have a couple of big calvus and they wont eat the pellets or the flakes any more. i have to feed them Misis Shrimp or Bloodworms. Tney need protein to really make them big and colorful and i know thats bad for Trophs. If you decide to get rid of him, let me know.

dan at haw has some about 1 in inkfin and yellows for 10$ there small but kool and rex thanks for the info

does anyone know if i would ave to worry about if i fed misis to my trophs would the get bloat as if i were feeding bloodworms?
