    Since I recently joined, I thought I would share some pics of my cypho colonies.  

    My 125 with 10 WC kapampa  (filtration 2 tidepool with littlegiant pump, and 1 penguin HOB)

    My 210 gallon with 13 WC Moba (filtration 1 Fluval Fx5, 2 magnum 350, 1 wetdry with UV filter)

            Thanks for the nice comments.


            No mpimbwe fry yet.  I have too many males and not enough females in my colony.  That is why I'm trying to sale some males.  That way I can buy more females.

                Yea, that sucked to lose my alpha so soon after buying them.   I don't know what happened to cause him to die.  Luckily my beta stepped up to the new alpha role and is keeping everyone in line.  He actually damaged his eye chasing the others around the tank.  I'm currently treating with melafix and epsom salt to keep him from losing his eye.  I'm just having horrible luck with this new colony.

                    I used melafix with aquarium salt and epsom when I had an eye problem in my tank and it worked great.

                    Hope it works out for you and hope they start producing again.
