Feeding nori to trophs

Is it alright to feed nori sheets (sushi wrappers) to trophs? It is all seaweed, so I would assume so, but just want to make sure.

Looks like I may be getting a second group of trophs after setting up my red saddle group. Probably get a colony of kachese next. There are 18 of them already breeding in the colony I am looking at. Just need to dump my malawi's to make room. These guys are addicting!! So much fun to watch.
