Questoin about feeding my tang cichlids

i have a 29g with the following stocklist.

1x F0 Male Lamprologus Occellatus 'Gold'
1x F0 Male Callochromis melanostigma 'Ndole Bay'
and 1x Male Julidochromis Maerlieri 'Gombe'

right now they are getting a diet of NLS 1mm Cichlid Forumla and Ken's Tropheus Lovers Flakes, oh and a weekly feeding of Shrimp Mix.
my question is, is feeding them shrimp mix ok?
i havent had any problems.
also can i feed them frozen bloodworms and other frozen foods like brine shrimp, daphnia, and mysis shrimp?

Should be fine. What else are you going to add to the tank?

i plan on adding a gold compressiceps, congo black inkfin calvus, white calvus, yellow calvus, and a goby or 2.

i am running 1x eheim 2217 and 1 ex 350 ph with sponge.

i just setup a 20g long which will also be a tang setup.
but i went in a different direction with that one scape wise.

i am about to post pics of it.

in that one i want a pair of kiku firetip brichardi, and some small petricola cats.

That sounds like a fairly crowded tank. If you want the full Tang experience you should do a group of Occies and a pair of Gobies or Calvus/Comps. I don't think you'd enjoy the singletons as much as you would groups.

The gobies won't be too happy with shrimp mix if you go that route...

I feed my Tang tank once a day and i feed them 3mm NLS Thera A mixed with Dianichi Supreme Color (or something like that). Then on the weekends i feed them once per day but i give them Mysis Shrimp and Brine Shrimp and my fish are very healthy and growing like crazy.

We need to see some pics of this tank.

well, here was a pic of it when it was setup.

i have since moved them all to the 75g troph tank so i could get another 4ft troph tank.

I've had this tank for over 3 years, i raised
my uromastyx and my first bearded
dragon in it.

I have repainted the stand, cleaned the tank up and it's the one being sold.

I want to upgrade and just have 4+ft tanks.
