You're going to need to upgrade to a larger tank before too long. That many in a 29 is going to be bad news before you know it.

        maybe.

andy from fish land told me my 29 was gonna be ok for up to 6 months. he told me these fish grow only up to 4-5 inch. sometimes, rarely 6 inch. thanks for the heads up though. i still got my 75 =D

UP TO 6 months. You'll need a larger tank before then.

I'm pretty sure that those were already full grown when you bought them.

Yeah...I've never seen one that was full. Always hungry...even right after you feed them.

                    Btw...the tank looks really good.

i used to put at least 100 ghost shrimp im my tank once a week, but i started out with like 20-30. every other week i would but 10-20 rosies in there and they would swallow them hole. the shrimp lasted about two day and the rosies would last about 4.

go ahead and put those africans in a bigger tank. If it were MY tank, i'd use pool filtered sand, about 50 or 60 pounds of a really cool rock and try to get a 'color scheme' with your fish. i really like yellow labs mixed with Demosoni.

                              You ain't doing it right
