thats what im wondering, i know mbuna are aggressive, but if there fighting all the time you should evaluate your stock. And that yellow lad doesn't look pure.

that yellow lab isnt a yellow lab, its a red zebra.

they get ;ighter or darker reds/oranges/ and yellows depending on collection point.

also, this behaviour is extremly common in mbuna, it happens whenever hiarchy is being challenged, or questioned.

sometimes they just fight to fight.

i have had 17 demasoni in a 29g for a year before, no one died, just fought.

they are mean *** fish and love to argue.
just my 2 cents.
