so the new tank has been running for a few weeks...
kinda try to create a peaceful setting...
the zebra rock was not my first choice...but oh well...could not find the kind of rock i wanted anywhere...
i thought the zebra was gonna be ugly...but looks like it turned out to be ok?
created a shimmer effect with the powerhead...can't tell from the pic tho..
and in real life the light looks a little darker then the pic..
tell me what you think guys?

        Nice fish!

I really want to keep some feather fins.

So many fish to keep...yet so little room to do so.

Spread some smaller rocks out into the middle so the scape won't look so man-made. I like the rocks personally.

got to leave the center for the breeding lol..the male got to build a big old pit with the sand...
the original scape was less rock then this...but i bought more...did not really wanna waste the rocks so just threw them all in there haha..

I didn't pay attention to the kind of fish you kept. Keep the center open...lol.

i think it looks better with the open center anyways. the open space draws attention towards the fish instead of making the scape look cluttered and scattered. good job man, looks killer.
                I make people happy

What if you tried to make one large pile on just one side of the tank that was really tall? I'm psycho about the scaping so if you want me to shut up, I will. By the way, what species of fish are those? I really wanna get some feather fins but I've only seen one species that suits me and I cant even remember what it is off the top of my head.

you can...but i did it like this for several reasons...as you see one side of the rock pile is bigger and the other is smaller...which i was thinking the dominate male is going to hang on one size which leave another size for the others to hide a little...which if only one pile...maybe they constantly fight over... it is not a so big of tank..so the scape has to be right...and the open ground is in the middle, which where the light is too...so that part is brighter which is like the normal amount of light of a typical fish tank...which the two rock pile is pretty dark...i was thinking this would give the others more a secure place...
and when the middle is bright...when the male is in breeding..which that is when they going to have the best colors...is going to look the best under the light...and the actions...with the females etc...well..everything was just from my thought...which i never kept furcifers too...i think this was combined name with foil too or something...
