  • whats the name of this fish?

This is our Tropheus display tank in work, PETSTOP Dublin IRELAND. 15 Tropheus Ilangi Yellow Nkamba Bay, 12 T Dubosi.

Hey guys what is the name of that fish that has the black head yellow body and red fins? Is it a red rainbow? I think that is the best one in that video.

not being rude...I promise. But it will greatly help you to just go to google and search "tropheus article" or just "tropheus"... and READ, READ, and READ!!! Aqualog is the best overall representation of the species IMO. You will learn much more, and in a faster time, if you will go read and get a general bit of knowledge and then come ask questions. Cause right now you might not even understand some of the terms or techniques offered up to help you. Read why they are colored the way they are, why they are named the way they are, what their natural environment is like, where there natural environment is, what their diet is, what the water is like where they come from. Be able to answer those questions and then you can worry about keeping them successfully and be prepared to handle any problems that may arise. This way you will know WHY the problem is happening. hope this helps.

the black ones with the spots are dubosi. as fry they are black with white spots and as they grow up they lose the spots and gain a stripe, sometime yellow and ssometimes white depending on the variant.
