              Update:
My Melanochromis auratus have decided to make babies. I have removed the female and placed her in her own private 10gal maternaty ward. I have also rearanged the rocks on the big tank to make more caves. I am just hoping more fish don't get the idea to reproduce, as I do not need the hassle of dealing with babies. If the Melanochromis auratus come out good I will have some available.

The Auratus has hatched her babies in the maternity tank and will be added once she has fattened back up. I have also picked up a few new fish, and determined my hybrid fish to be a Dragons Blood Cichlid. New fish are 1 Haplochromis sp. Obliquidens and 3Neolamprologus brichardi. Here is a full tank pic. check out the first post for updated fish pics.

That's quite an array of fish you got there. Lol. Are your brichardi makin a lot of babies? Is that a painted background or actual rocks?

The rock is real. I forgot to mention the Brichardi have been removed from the tank and traded for another Peacock. They were making too many babies. I am trying to make the transition to an all Peacock and Hap tank. So, if anyone wants some of my other Africans let me know. Will trade. Expecialy Auratus and Jewel.

Wow! He's already colored up. I feel kinda bad because everytime the three brichardi claim a space, it's big enough for my pleco to hide in so he takes over it. :( they even look frustrated.

He colored up almost immediately. I think he is very happy. Do you remember what type of Peacock he is? Here are some group shots.

Beautiful electric, btw. I'm pretty sure he's a maleri peacock but I could be incorrect. He's very pretty and he seems to fit the size profile well!

My male Msobo Deep decided it was time to turn blue. He turned blue fast. I have been watching a little blue here and there but still mainly orange. Suddenly today I see him and he is almost all blue and black. Left the light off for a day, not sure if that did it. You can still see some orange in the fins.
