I must admit, we don't buy frozen foods much anymore....used too when we were both still passionate about the hobby...but lately, all they get for the most part is NLS and flake....now and then, I'll spring for a flat of Mysis shrip....but I have cut back on the blood worms, even though he did seem to love them.
Are they not supposed to have them?
