Helpful info on Cyprichromis Blue Flash and Synodontis Petricola

Hi, I just purchased a tank from an individual and it came with a school of Blue flash (12-15) and about 6 or so Synodontis Petricola. While I'm not new to fish keeping, I am new to African Cichlids. In the past I've only raised South American Cichlids. Any and all helpful information is much appreciated. I got the basics from the previous owner, but I'd like to study up on these neat fish.
