Sorry. . . I don't get it.
They look just like black trophs to me. Is the rarity factor the main thing that people find attractive about this variant? I find most other variants more interesting than this one. I've had trophs, but I'm not a troph person.

lol, couldn't ever hate you man. I just like ugly fish.
I do like these a great deal b/c they are rare. I don't like most colorful tropheus. Guess that's all personal preference.
The pictures above don't capture their full color spectrum.
I only took about 12 shots and got those 4 usable ones so I can't say the pictures are an exact representation of how they look.
They have a brown body. The most interesting thing about these fish are the fact that their face flashes yellow on and off.
When chasing or fighting they will flash continuously.I ate my fish that died.
