125 w/pics

Hi guys don't post on here much. Thought i would post pics of my 125 took pictures with my HD2 phone looks ok. Sold most of my fish and im starting fresh again right now have some
- xenos (not sure of species)
- cyps (forgot the name)
- ruby red barbs
- about 25 synodontis but they always hide in the rocks couldn't get a pic

tank has 2 double ended Hamilton 175 watt MH lights and this tank i got from a fellow fishboxer its about a little less than a year old ive had it for about a month. 1 fx5 and 1 xp4 soon to add another fx5

i might have to sell this tank soon - im moving to an upstairs apartment and dont know if its too heavy for the 2nd floor? - What do you guys think? If i cant take it i might trade for a smaller tank. Just PM me if anyone interested FS or FT. would prefer maybe like a 75 bowfront or something similar.

You can keep it in the second floor. You might want to be a little more careful on placement - put near a load-bearing wall and perpendicular to beams if in an old apartment complex.

Where did you get the cyps from? Are the xenos from Xtreme?

Takn looks pretty good - those xenos will love the open space. How many do you have?

putting a 125 on a 2nd floor is no problem. the problem is getting it up the stairs lol. like the scape, very open.

i got the cyps from cuong in la porte i think he gave you a different type of cyps also and your right about the xenos they are from xtreme i only have 3 but will try to get more if anyone is selling here send me a pm. If the floor holds ill keep the tank just wasnt sure lol.

Looking at the pic I would rule out X. ochrogenys, but aside from that . . . I'd wait until they get bigger and start to develop color.
