Experts,
I hope it is not too late to ask this question.
My yellow lab 2" was holding it's fry or egg couple of weeks ago. Not sure when it started , so I didn't know when to strip.
When I came back after a weekend trip (when the lights were off), the fry was gone from mom's mouth.
When I tried to look in the nooks & crevices of the rocks the mom was swimming around, I found 2 babies hiding.
I guess I was too late in stripping.
1) Should I leave the 2 babies (may be more) in the tank?
The tank has a big holey rock, a lot of artificial plants, big rocks with hiding places.
2) How can I feed them selectively?
3) Will they survive? Tanks has yellow lab, parrots, bala shark, clown loach, tiger barb, gauramis
4) Have the rest of the babies been eaten by other fishes(may be mom)?
Please let me know. I need your expert opinions.
Thanks much,
