  • Enantiopus sp. "kilesa"

The dominate male was busy today - in the span of an hour or so he hollowed out some sand and built himself a little nest. Pretty cool watching these guys display! This is the first day I've ever seen him color up and he's a juvenile so with a little age he should really fire up. I've had him and two females for a month or so but I added 2 more males and 3 more females on monday....looks like they are settling in nicely.

Sorry about the photo quality...need to work on my skills

They are loving it - awesome watching these guys school around the tank. They all stay pretty tight and move from one side to the other as a group.

Everything is working out - Enantiopus stay on the sand, Mobas in mid water and the Benthochromis at the top.

This fish is one of my two favorite sandsifters. Thanks for sharing.

Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.
