My WC Callochromis melanostigma!!!

So I got some WC callos a while back.

I didn't know how they would do with petros.

But, I jumped right in an ordered a box full.



















Guess, I was wrong and I got callos breeding in my petro tank!

Those are one of the best looking Callos ive seen, nice pick up! they still look a little skinny time to get 'em fattened up.

Yeah, been tryin but it's hard to feed them with the petros.

Only a few 1mm gets to the bottom.

But I have 7 females. 3 held but ate their eggs.

Hope this time is the charm.

I like them a great deal but they are very aggressive, at least compared to what I thought.

My big male went nuts and killed all the other males in a spans of two weeks.

Now it's only him and what looks like a sub dom male. The main male is the only one allowed to dig in the whole tank.

Lol, yeah. I should post some FTS. There is at least 100 petros in there.

When I got these fish, I was thinking it's either going to be super expensive fish food or it would be super cool to keep these two type of fish as tank mates.
