  • New ilangi

I got in a batch of 25 F1 ilangi fry last week. I get another 30 tomorrow from a different person. Final count is 55 fish from 2 different colonies and 7 different females so it should make for a nice diverse group. I've seen the colony from one guy and the males from the other breeder - really nice fish so I can't wait to see how these guys end up.

Sorry about the pic quality but these little guys are super hard to photograph!

Have had all 55 together now for a few weeks and everyone is settled in and growing like weeds. Super fun fish...

These have got to be the hardest fish to photograph. If you even look at the tank all of the swarm the top so it's really hard to pick out and shoot the nicest looking fish. Finally gave up and just tried for interesting looking group shots.

Great pictures of some purty fish!

Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.
