If peacocks can breed with mbuna (I had this happen but the fry didn't make it, I think my Kenyi killed them) then I would assume they can breed with each other. I was at City Pets today to p/u a light & saw some mixed Sunshine/OB Peacocks in a tank for sale......I would say, yes!- 2000g Outdoor Pond w/ WC Texas Cichlids

Sure will say that there are certain type of peacocks that don't interbreed, but I don't really believe it. The peacocks that you have will mix together. If you choose to give the fry to anyone, be sure that you tell them that they are not a pure strain.Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

They will definitely crossbreed . They will cross breed mainly because the females all look a like in most Peacock species . Out of the ones that you mentioned above.....the Red Empress...which is a Haplochromine... may be the least likely to cross breed simply because his female looks quite a bit different from aPeacocks female . The red Empress has very distinct stripes or marking patterns .
