I got him, a placo and the 75gal tank for free I would guess he is at least 18 inches long and boy can he eat

Nice fish, makes the tank look tiny. BTW, oscars are south american cichlids.

I have had Oscars since I was a little boy and I never knew that, just have to saw I was lucky that one of the women I work with hated the fish and the tank got them for free never had one the big, it's hug and has an appetite to match it I thought my daughter was a eating machine but this fish beats her by miles lol

I love Oscars! One day I'll have another oscar tank... I had an albino oscar, and he was absolutely crazy.

That Oscar I have is a nut, every time I walk by the tank he wants me to feed him and yes I break down and give Hume a little food I used to feed gem eath worms until this drought hit I cane fine any worms in my back yard guess they went to Mexico lol
