I pull all my fry out and put them in smaller tanks to let them grow enough to survive in an adult tank. Normally we start them in a 10 gallon then move them to either a 20 gallon or up to the 55. Also having 10 tanks helps with the moving them around. lol the revolving door of breeding, hatch, grow, sell. Congratulations on the first timers!Bad seed is a robbery of the worst kind: for your pocket-book not only suffers by it, but your preparations are lost and a season passes away unimproved.

I've had my Acei breed DURING a water change! LoL
