Ok! More pics and a video to follow in several minutes. Unfortunately I lost a blue-eyed forktail this morning. It was swimming sideways and though I couldn't see any overt signs of injury, I wonder if it got attacked. Also, another one is missing and I can't find a body anywhere... not in the tank or filter, and not outside or behind the tank. Not sure what's going on. Was thinking maybe the big comp is attacking them while they sleep but they're very careful to stay out of his territory and they're quite fast while awake. The only thing that comp has gone after so far is the BN pleco, who can totally hold its own. We'll see. I tested parameters and they were perfect, but I did a water change anyway and added some Stability. Also, the Purigen was very dark brown so I'm recharging that now. Now lemme upload these pics and video! All bleeding stops eventually...

Ok! Picture time.
Nightscape:
The tiny comp, getting a little bigger now!
Empty shell?
Not!
Marbled green BN pleco with one of the furcatus:
Frikkin cool pleco:
Finally, a vid of my male comp goin after the pleco, who got into his territory. You'll see him turn darker and then aim sideways to try to slice into the pleco, but the pleco moved just in time. I think this comp is also just learning how to slice into things. Pretty cute!

Thanks Tot and Q! Mike literally had to twist my leg a full 360 in order for me to try the comps again, but I'm glad he did! They're fun to watch.
Q, I should be getting a pair of meleagris within the next 2-3 weeks hopefully. Mike has 'em but he's identified a pair he's going to keep and now he's seeing if he gets another pair, and that couple will be mine. Yay! And if FG gets in some more furcatus, I'm gonna load the upper column with 'em. They're only the coolest school of fish I've had in, like, ever. All bleeding stops eventually...

Finally. New additions and new pics. This tank has been fairly boring, except for the addition of some threadfin rainbows a while back. I picked up a pair of pearly occies (neolamprologus meleagris/stappersii). My larger comp already decided to start the territory disputes! Enjoy the pics/vids.

Vids (sorry about sucky quality):
When the comp goes sideways, it's cuz he has sharp edges that cut when he takes that position. Luckily no one's hurt just yet.
