Cheaper to buy fry
Get more for the money
More gives option to later thin/cull excess to get optimal bredding ratio
Fry grown together tend to play nice together when adults
Super awesome display with a well stocked tank on the cheap!

i use to have a lot of African cichilds but they killed one another and then my sister put her fahaka in the tank and i move the few left to my 20 gallon and i starting over with fry white,blue,red,ob zebra fry and 12 one inch in my 75 and i will end up growing and parting out changing the tank around
