Julidochromis with demasoni?

Will julidochromis and dems make good tank mates?

i have 4 demo and i put two with my wc chimbas i got home from work yesterday and the 3" demo was killed lol

I've mixed several that wouldn't seem to work, before with no problems.

I used to keep rainbowfish with my illangis when I had them and not a single problem.

I read online that if you mix demasoni with other fish, make sure it's not the same color or has the same vertical stripe patterns. I might just throw all 40 or so in a tank and let them grow out

IMO they will get along, but keep in mind that they are Mbuna.

Im ordering some Cobwe's from Dave in a few days. Also some Mganda's.

just make sure you don't just get 2 julis. they'll just go at each other night and day regardless of sex. either one or a group (5 or more )
