Personally, I think the character of a tropheus colony is heavily dependent on a hand full of the biggest adults. And that has change a number of times in this colony over the pass 5 years. They might not school for you.

Nahhhhh, I think their growth was stunned on purpose. They can be kept in a cooler.

Yeah the dynamics has changed quite a bit and I can only hope. So far they do pull it off nicely but the juvis haven't caught on too quickly.

These guys have been use to the 3ft so they stay within that area and are lost when it comes to the rest of the tank.

I really do think they are done growing.

They been this same size for like 5-6 years.

Yeah I don't see them getting any bigger, some of the older ones are about the size I want them to be. Anything bigger and they don't look as nice.

Yeah, they actually have the typical "tropheus" body shape. Looks good.

A lot of brichardis look a bit different. They are normally bigger and their head is more round.
