Hahaha that's awesome. Yeah, you could always run mood lighting if you wanted. I like bright lights too. I got 3 stunners to run along with my T5's. The T5's go off early but the stunners stay on.

I might keep the single brights on there for this purpose and run the 50x1w for brights

Those are all southern. I'm talking northern Cali. Obviously the better half of the state.

Will most likely work since ur tank isn't too deep. My stunner strips barely make it to the bottom of 30"!

that's only 6" more than what I'm working with and what I have on the tank now seems to be fairly decent.

I found a place over there that serves it... think it was almost $200 for the plate but the misses wasn't having it so I might have to make that trip by myself.
