Pond is 25 ft long, 3 ft deep, and 3 ft wide. Currently stocked with koi. Just installed a pump rated for 6500 gallons. Not at my house, but this could become a project for me. What things should be checked first to see if some africans can make it in there and what are some good stocking options? Do people keep the fish in ponds year around or is a spare tank necessary when the weather gets too cold?
