    30 would be perfect

Trying to find rocks big enough to make it fill the area would be limited so I think the height of my tank now is damn near perfect which is 24" tall. The depth would really make the scape.

Here's a tank with similar dimensions I plan to get... tell me the 24" height is too short on this one...

As for filtration, get the tank drilled do you can run 3 Eheim canisters packed with bio media and three layers of bonded filter pad. Big wet/dry is a must.

                On a 375g I think you would need the 3 2262s. A 50g wet/dry would be good.

My filter plans would be 2 fx5, and a 36 watt turbo twist uv light pushed by a and big pump in the tank. 300 gal tank would get 150 gal water changes every other week. Clean fresh water=happy fishies!

No use for a UV sterilizer.

but UV will kill all the bad things that come out the butt and float around in the water.

Makes the water free of all aliens and storm troopers.
