    Ok here is a video of the tank in beginning stages

    Nice!

    I like your alternative use of the fork! Not sure if you did but blanch the pieces to soften them up a bit and the fish will tear it up!

    As for your feather rock, it's basically Lava rock which will work fine in your tank as many have and is using it in their tanks. If you can, search "ibitegirls" thread on his tank, I did the scape with all Lava rock and his tank is working out great.

      Nice, looking good so far! I bet the Mbu just needs to sulk for awhile, he'll perk up. I like your boulder, too...It'll look great after you get some more lace/feather rock in there!
      But I'd suggest a background for that tank, it looks so much better. A cheap way to do it is grab some poster board and slap those on the back...makes it easy to change colors, too.

            Nice! I like the narration too, good idea! Can't wait to see the tank with more rocks (but yay 30% discounted broken boulder from Petsmart!).

            Felt cloth works really nicely as a background because it doesn't typically respond to water spots. And it's easily removed too!
            All bleeding stops eventually...

              Thanks lol naw i didnt blanch them being lazy! I may use the feather rock im gonna have to find the pics of the tank.

              I hope he perks up before the peacocks kill him ! i have a roll of black /blue background just havent put it on yet i was in to big of a hurry for the fish lol

              Thanks for being nice lol ! and i cant wait either im ready for some more rocks! I coulndt pass that deal up 30%off i had to have it. I may use felt on it idk yet for sure i hope i get around to it
