  • Fish ID Please!!

    Got a pair of these in on a trade but not sure of there exact name.

    I can't really post pics cuz I'm on Hfb mobile but i will send pics to those who wanna help.

                  I think I found the name Lepidiolamprologus Elongatus looks very similar apparently there from lake tanganyika.

                  Has anybody had these before or know a lil more bout them?

                    Do they look like this guy ? kind of looks like the one you sent me to my phone .

                    One of the riverine lamprologines collected from near Kinshasa, Congo, but sold now with its correct scientific name: Lamprologus werneri. This interesting cichlid has bright neon spangles throughout the posterior body and is sometimes sent mixed with other, similar species.
