72G Cichlid tank - Heater recommendation

Thanks everyone for all your input.

My house is set at 77 and the heater is placed right on the way of incoming water from Eheim 2217.

The problem is ,the water is cool. Yes, I do understand that the heater do not regulate(or maintain) the temperature but just increase the temperature when it falls below the set temperature. I should have explained my problem better, sorry.

I tried to increase the temperature to 81-82 to take care of the sick Cichlid, but I couldn't, with these heaters.

I will probably go with Jager now.

Can you post a pic of your tank showing layout of filter intakes and outputs? I have a feeling that going with a Jager is not gonna fix your problem.
