Trophs in a 55 g!? How many

I have Keep a colony of 18 back in time
In a 55 gal before it what a single variant

I wanna try 2 variants then tank I upgrade the 30 g
They where in to a 55 g I have in there 12 duboisi
Want to breed them but would like to put another small colony do u have done it before? How many?

Filtration- ac110,emperor 400,odyssea ex500 with sponge filter, fluval 4 plus internal filter

Powerheads-3 plenty of movement

No canister is wife tank and she don't want it since the stand don't have doors.

I'm trying 25 tropheus and 30 demasoni, kinda worried lol

I have 26x 4" trophs and 15x 3" clown loaches in my 55 along with BN plecos... I'd have no worries adding another 15 tropheus. Depends on filtration and how often you do w/c's

Weekly wc with a wet/dry and 2250 + 2 koralia 750. Haven't added the tropheus yet, picking half up this weekend hopefully.

If she doesn't mind the look of a wet dry under the tank that would help a lot IMO

Wet dry is good for high bio load. I'd try a wet dry to be safe

The stand is really modern look and don't have space
And is in the living room so a canister and wet and dry is out of the picture

I am thinking about duboisi. I have 12

And add kiko ikola 11 but idk if that would be a good mix

Tropheus will not grow to their max size in a 55g.
