  • Adult male demasoni question

So I have had two dominant demasoni males in a 75g for quite some time now they are about 3 1/2 - 4" in size and each of them have there own side of the tank well just the other day they have been going at it, fighting back in forth even when tried to stop them they would still go at it until i noticed one has been sitting at the top of the tank looking like he has no where to go, so im guessing one has established its dominance for the whole tank. Well i setup my 10g and put the other male in there so he wouldnt have to worry about the dominant one and im also dosing the tank with melafix to help him heal his mouth sores and fins where there other attcked him, he seems a little less stressed now and is actually swimming around, I am wondering if what i did is ok and would it be possible to put him back in my 75g, if not im gonna put him up for sale please help

When you reintroduce him maybe rescape the tank and keep the lights off for a day or two. Might work for a bit, but you'll probably see them going at it again eventually...
