African Cichlid Importers In Houston

Hi Guys/Gals

I am still new to the forum and Cichlids but i was wondering
with what seems to be an active fish community here in Houston
why there is no direct importer located here?
I only know of Dave's in SA but that's it...

Alex @ Ultimate brings them in. There may be others--- like Fish Gallery -- but I don't know for certain. HAW has an importers license as well... but does SA cichlids mostly.

It turns out the real estate makes more money than a fish store. Alex isn't in the store as often; he's pursuing other ventures.

lol, alex is closed mondays and tuesdays and wednesday is a bad day to go as is when they place the new fish on the tanks and the store is a mess. but you get 1st pick on the new arrivals and he does special order if he knows you.

I do know Luis and I dont know why you are including him here. I do know alex also i been his client for a while as he is the only LFS in the Spring area. and i dont think i have to prove no one who i know or who i dont know.
