With the amount of waste the turtle will produce I wouldn't.

Also the musk turtle isn't fully aquatic.

I have seen some tanks like this on YouTube and web
And they look nice man , fish gallery have the soft shell with the puffer and fronts look awesome!

The turtle at Fish Gallery is a Fly River Turtle. It is like a Sea turtle. It is fully Aquatic and the only freshwater Sp. that is Aquatic.

The prob. with turtles are how big they get. Turtles in a tank that is to small will become miss shaped and unhealthy.

It can be done. Know how big the turtle will get and make sure the tank will hold it full grown.

Keeping the tank clean a dif. story....

I had a yellow belly, red ear, and a soft shell in a 75 gallon with a pair of oscars a few years ago. The turtles were all about 3-4" across. Found them a new home in my friends garden pond (they come inside during the winter) and all 3 are doing great. But yes, they are super dirty. I have a tiny tiny map turtle with a few small convicts right now. Get a turtle dock or make something similar and you're set.

Can a musk turtle live with cichlids?

Currently have a 5" RES and a 3-4" green terror in a 75. They seem to get along fine but a canister is a must. Plus plenty of WC.
