For flow I will go with bigger power heads like a pair of magnum 6. 75-90% of weekly wc is good since trophs love clean water.
+1 Wet/dry are oxygenating and bio load monsters. You would really benefit exponentially from adding a wet/dry to your already running 2260's especially for an overstocked tank. Magnum 6 sounds about right as well. 75-100% water changes every 2-3 days would be the most optimal for them, but most people don't have the time nor the $$ to dish out more water (esp. with large tanks).

+1 with this. 2 koralia 1400 seems like a lot but its not much flow.

Personally, I have add 80+ adults in a 125g before.

But I was just housing fishes for friends....maybe lasted 4 months with very little breeding.

            But fishes did fine.

              Half truth.

True that wet/dry is the best at oxygenating the water.

But only water changes can remove nitrates no matter how much filters you have.

I wouldn't say half truth. They are best at oxygenating and can handle a very large bio load. Of course water changes are a must even if you've got a massive wet/dry, but I've never denied this. I just simply mentioned that they are "bio load monsters" whereas you could get an enormous wet/dry, and you aren't as limited as with canisters. Nitrates don't just disappear unless you've got plants.
