ok so I have my 90 with roughly 20 trophs in it 6 WC Ulwile 9 blue rainbows around 1.5-2.0 inches and 5 orange flames around 2.0 inches and have seen a serious spike in aggression since the beta male died so I know I need to add fish my question is how many trophs or can I add petros and how many or should I try to sell or trade the Uliwle for something different

Get about 10 more trophs, leave Petros out for now. But seriously look into increasing the flow in the tank.

I have the strange feeling that going that route would leave a king with no followers?

Is the uwile male being aggressive? If you let them alone I feel like you might have some deaths in your tank. Also like sunny says add bigger powerheads to increase flow.

Sometimes you must resign to the fact that a few are gonna die from aggression.
