    I think it is likely due to aggression issues, with only a solitary individual experiancing symptoms and it is also the bullied member I think the most easily seen and observed answer is usually the best. IP's would be found in other members and spread, but isolation can isolate the cuase. Hopefully it will gain back its weight and the colony will allow reintroduction after the hiatus. I have found Garlic to be terrific for many intestinal issues in my fish and imagine it being used here could be beneficial. Good Luck and hope it fares better

        I put him in isolation for about 2 weeks while he was in there i fed him alot and he actually gained
        enough weight to be put in with the rest of the colony.
        when introducing him back in i drew all the fish to one side with food fed some and put him in the other side wasn't sure
        if he was gonna be accepted monitored for 2 days and all was good
        He seemed happy to actually join the group
