Soo I've had this tank for about 2 weeks now! It took me a while to gather all my equipment necessary for it.. I did not know cichlids will ruin my scape /:But just thought I'd share here as a noob to this site.. Thanks and enjoy!!!

Thanks Johnson!! I tried my best but they have been establishing there territories from what I know and heard?? And that's why everything is everywhere now.. -_- lol but I can't wait to start adding more fish after I'm done cycling!

That big river boulder is weighing down my driftwood. I'm surprised I haven't got ANY tanis or tannins or whatever at all.

Looks good if you start getting tannins leached into the water just get some purigen and add that itll clear the water up

I've never heard of Purigen. But I will check it out when I go to work in a bit.. I just hope I don't get tannins lol I haven't so far and its been 2 weeks.

No not tablets lil small tiny balls comes in a container or the small amout comes in a mesh bag

Tablets are not beans! lol They're tiny granules. Kinda like tiny pellets
