If you put them straight into a bucket, not long. Fill up 2 buckets. Net them and put them into bucket 1 for 15-20min. When fish get stressed, they tend to make poopie. Then net them out again when their systems are more clear then put in bucket 2. Assuming the bucket is not sitting in 50 degree weather, I'd say a good 4-5 hours.
yup I do know best...... but its alwaysgood to collect oppinions and observations smart a ss ..... that's how you learn even if you know what your doing its always good to ask.
get off my thread if you have nothing productive to say.
I sense ruffled feathers! I'm just sayin... It seems like you've kept fish in a bucket for several hours on numerous occasions, some with aeration and some without. If you've been doing it many times now, why would you need to even ask anyone's opinion? If it works for you, then it works for you.
