What cichlid is this.?

Not to familiar with cichlid fish but I do have them and I was just wondering what this guy is? And what he'll look like in the future..

It's an Mbuna. Hard to tell with the pic as they're mostly all the same shape. But my guess would be a Rusty (Iodotropheus sprengerae)
