  • Finally bred the gobies!!!!

Sasha and I were collecting multi fry and found our first Eretmodus fry. Took awhile to collect them and found a total of 2, now in the fry grow out tank. Currently the parents are dancing and looking forward to more successful batches!!!!

I think your the 1st that I've heard of having Eretmodus fry. That's really cool.

Was it this club or the Hill Country club that had a breeding points program? These guys would score high.

Yeah, I think we'll need to get a glass cube as our fry grow out tank just does not do well for pics. The mutifasciatus fry are getting a bit thick in there so hoping the gobies get to making more soon... Cyprichromis need to start up again as well, maybe a nice round of daily water changes will get them started again...

CichlidFan used to breed these I think back in the day. I have 4 in a clients tank that breed quite a bit but the tropheus eat them. Congrats on actually getting them out of the tank.

They are tricky like that, I have a feeling once we upgrade the tank it will be a bit easier or at least offer more chance for in tank survival.
