The rare fish that you want?

Like the title says, what rare African fish would you buy if you were able to find some for sale right now?

Mine is the gnathochromis permaxillaris. Cool looking fish, but its hard to come by and expensive when I do see them. I got 2 when I was newer to the hobby and they perished due to my inexperience. Since then I've only seen them one other time in person and they were 3x as expensive.

Blue Eye Pleco. Costs a couple grand. The illegal stuff is always awesome and pretty rare. Rays to be more specific.

There was a guy on monster fish keepers with a huge blue eyed pleco. Think it was like 14+" in something like a 2000g tank

Yeah. Blue eye plecos are floating around out there. It's just that people tend not to want to drop a couple grand on a pleco. My two L095 get up to 14"+, but nowhere compares to those blue eyed monsters.

Lungfish are pretty badarse too. Too bad them and electric eels are illegal here.

Lungfish feel gross. They actually have the same texture and feel as actual human lungs!!

Ultimate fish has gotten these in before and iv seen them in person. Around 100.00. So its possible!
