Hmm.. I would say that most likely not. A Severum is a SA and a Frontosa is a Tang. The water conditions that each fish wants is somewhat different. The Frontosa prefers to have a rocky while still open area. The Frontosa is a deep diving fish sleeping at upto 200ft or more of water (ie jet black nights for them) the Severums prefer the standard Amazon river open area with lots of plantation.
Now its possible to keep them together, but if you want to see each fish interact in its natural habitat then it would not be possible to create one perfect area where both would be happy.
